2. Chi tratta i dati

6. I tuoi diritti

Per accesso, rettifica, opposizione o portabilità scrivi a privacy@lattice-network.it.

7. Trasferimenti e giurisdizioni

1. In one line

Messages are end-to-end encrypted on your device: the server routes them and then removes them, and it does not hold the keys to read them. This page does not promise privacy: it describes what technically exists, so you can check it.

2. Who processes the data

The controller is the Lattice Network project. The nodes forming the network are run by the project and by whoever chooses to host one (Sovereign Seed). No third-party services for notifications, statistics, advertising or analytics: zero Google dependencies.

3. What sits on the server, and for how long

4. What does NOT exist

No profiling, no data selling, no advertising, no cross-site tracking. We do not keep your phone's address book, we do not record calls, and we do not ask for a phone number or an email to use the network.

5. Cookies

Technical cookies only, needed to run the site and remember your language and choices. Analytics cookies are off by default and only start if you consent; marketing cookies do not exist on this site.

6. Your rights

You can delete your identity from the app: the network name and public key are removed and any queued envelopes destroyed. What has already been deleted cannot be recovered — not even by us, and that is by design. For access, rectification, objection or portability write to privacy@lattice-network.it.

7. Transfers and jurisdictions

The network is spread across several countries so that blocking one is not enough. Encrypted envelopes may transit through a foreign node: they transit encrypted, and no node can read them. The exact physical location of the nodes is not disclosed, because disclosing it would weaken the people using them.

8. Verifiable, not declared

Node and attack status: network health. The chain, block by block: explore. Site and app fingerprints, with instructions to verify them by hand: at the bottom of the home page.

9. Changes

If this text changes, the date above changes with it and the signed version goes into the site manifest: you can compare it, not just believe it.
